Fares and Passes – Effective September 6, 2009
BlueGO fares are paid for each one-way trip. Bus operators only accept cash. No round trip fares are allowed.
Passengers who repeatedly do not pay the fare may be subject to suspension of service that may range from 30 days
to 1 year, depending on the severity.
Fares are subject to change.
Exact fare is required - No change is given!
Change is available via machine at the South Y Transit Station and Stateline Transit Center.
General is for all passengers that are ages 19-59 years old
Discount is for students in school (ages 5-18), seniors (age 60 and older), ADA certified
passengers, special needs passengers, and persons with disabilities or Medicare card holders.
Express is for all routes with an X next to the route number,
plus local routes.
Local passes used on Express routes require a $2.00 upgrade in fare. Discount fare category riders do not
need to pay an upgrade in fare on Express routes.

Non-profits that provide social service assistance and need free transportation, consider the
BlueGO Community Token Program.
